OUR MISSION
PRESERVING OUR HISTORY, WHILE BUILDING OUR COMMUNITY
Our mission is to passionately advocate for the preservation of the Santa Clara Historic District, recognizing its invaluable role in safeguarding our community's rich heritage.

The Santa Clara Historic District stands as a testament to the unwavering spirit of our town's pioneering ancestors, who selflessly sacrificed to create a place of enduring beauty and significance. Their dedication and vision have bestowed upon us the gift of a beautiful place to live, characterized by its charm, authenticity, and unique ambiance.

By protecting and nurturing this treasured district, we ensure that Santa Clara maintains its distinctive allure and retains the enchanting atmosphere that sets it apart from neighboring cities. The quaint streets lined with sycamore trees, historic homes, and fields and gardens that the towns people continue to cultivate, create timeless charm and an environment that is highly sought after as a place to live, work, and visit. A failure to safeguard this legacy as our town grows would risk the erosion of the very essence that defines Santa Clara, potentially transforming it into a generic and characterless urban landscape.
Let us stand together to champion the preservation of the Santa Clara Historic District. We need to safeguard its invaluable contribution to our town's identity and secure a vibrant and cherished future for generations to come.

The Santa Clara Historic District holds a unique and cherished place in the hearts of the community, and it is crucial that we exercise the utmost selectivity in deciding what developments are allowed in this remarkable location. By safeguarding the historical essence of Santa Clara, we can pay homage to the legacy and dedication of those who built this beautiful town.
Buildings and homes that detract from the town's rich heritage have no place being built in Santa Clara's Historic District.
We love seeing people and businesses wanting to settle her. We simply ask that those building in the Historic District honor the town's settlers and the heritage they left behind.

Our hope and dream is all of Santa Clara's Historic District can be preserved in such a beautiful and caring way.
The peaked gables, sprawling sycamores, and priceless farmland, remind us of the Swiss heritage Santa Clara holds, and of our town's founders who worked so hard to make a harsh desert landscape the beautiful community we now love. When these elements begin to fade, their memory begins to fade. Preserving the historical integrity of the Santa Clara Historic District is vital to preserving the legacy of Santa Clara.
